Personalized counseling for life transitions
If anxiety is interfering with your daily life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We specialize in helping individuals better understand and manage anxiety through practical, evidence-based strategies. Together, you and your therapist will develop a personalized treatment plan designed to meet your unique needs and help you feel more confident, grounded, and in control.
Depression can make it difficult to enjoy life and engage in activities you once loved. We are here to help you overcome depression and develop a more positive outlook on life. We offer evidence-based treatments that have been proven to be effective for depression.
If you've experienced trauma, it's important to seek help from a qualified therapist. As trauma therapists, we are trained to help you work through the trauma and develop healthy coping strategies. We offer a variety of trauma-focused therapies to meet your unique needs.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps people gently process trauma and other overwhelming experiences. When something stressful or painful happens, the brain doesn’t always fully process the experience, which can leave people feeling stuck in anxiety, emotional reactions, or negative beliefs about themselves. EMDR uses simple bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, to help the brain reprocess these memories so they no longer feel as intense or upsetting. Many clients find that EMDR helps them feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control, allowing them to move forward without being weighed down by past experiences.
In adolescent therapy, a wide range of concerns can be addressed, including: Anxiety and Stress, Depression, Behavioral Issues, Social Skills Development, Trauma and PTSD, Family Issues, Learning Difficulties, Self-Esteem, Adjustment Disorders, Eating Disorders and Mood Regulation. We work collaboratively with the adolescent and their families to create a safe space for exploration and healing, ultimately fostering resilience and well-being.
We work closely with teachers and school staff to ensure they understand a child's unique needs, fostering a supportive learning environment. We develop tailored strategies for managing behavioral or emotional challenges, helping families implement effective techniques at home and school. We facilitate communication between families and school personnel, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding the child's progress and needs. Through these avenues, we empower families and schools to create a nurturing environment that supports each child's success.
In a world where women often navigate complex challenges, finding the right support is crucial. We offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you’re dealing with relationship dynamics, parenting issues, career pressures, or self-esteem struggles, we are dedicated to helping you reclaim your narrative and embrace your true self. Together, you’ll uncover tools for resilience and growth, empowering you to thrive in every aspect of your life.
Relationships take work, and every couple experiences challenges along the way. Couples therapy provides a safe, supportive space to improve communication, work through conflict, and better understand one another. We‘ll work together to identify patterns that may be creating tension and develop practical tools to build a stronger, healthier relationship.
